so i`ve been horrible when it comes to food. starting tomorrow until september 6th, this is what i`m doing:

august 29th- fasting, lots of water, and 0 calorie tea, 2 stackers, working out 500 cals.
august 30th- fasting, again. same as above. 2 stackers, working out 500 cals.
august 31st- same as 29th&30th.

so 3 days of fasting, taking 2 stackers, and working out 500 calories a day.


then up until september 6th, i`ll eat maybe 5 carrots/peice of celery/a blueberry muffin a day and work out 600 cals, take 2 stackers a day.



question: do carrots and celery count as calories? aren`t they neg.? or is that a myth.



i need to be thin for school, and it starts on september 6th!


i have 8 days. 10 lbs in 8 days. who thinks i can?

Are you ready to eat and still drop weight.

You can eat around 800cals a day (small meals until 6pm- only water after!)

You need to workout for two hours a day! you need to burn 1000 more cals than you eat to lose two pounds a week (500 more than you eat if you want to drop 1 pound a week)

Now doing this + your BMR (should be around 12000 (if you have not messed it up BIG time from an ED) will put you at burning your BMR and the cals during your workout.

so if your BMR is -1200
You work off -1000
and only eat + 800

you should be at = -1400

it takes 3500 to drop ONE pound so do the math and you will find out how long you need to work out
most people need to wokrout 8 hours to drop weight (they eat more, but you wont so it should take less!)

if i was you-----The day before he comes back.......workout hard! drink only while you work out and stop drinking and eating around 6 pm that night so you look at little as you can when he gets home.
